
Greenknowe aims to be a predominantly owner occupied building, however there are times when this may not be possible. Prospective tenants of Greenknowe must be interviewed and approved by the Board of Direc to rs through its agent (Company Secretary), so tenants, owners, or real estate agents are obliged to contact the Company Secretary regarding the interview, to be conducted at least a week before the moving date. Unit SalesIt is not permitted to hold auctions on site.
Shareholders intending to sell their unity need to contact the company secretary immediately to ensure compliance with Greenknowe regulations and to obtain important information that should be included in any agreement of sale. Once contracts have been exchanged the legal representative for the prospective purchasers needs arrange for their client to complete the application to transfer form and return it to the Company Secretary along with references. An interview will then be arranged by the Company Secretary.
