Rooftop area
Residents may use the rooftop area to relax between the hours of 9.00am to 7,30pm.

Laundry

There is a laundry for use by occupants located on the sixth floor (roof) area, and the hours for use are 7.30am to 9pm. These facilities are moderately priced and coin operated. Three rotary clothes hoists are also so available for drying.

If there are problems with a machine ring the number on the machine. If faulty (very rare) turn off and remove plug so as others do not use.

Lifts
There are two lifts at Greenknowe. The larger one is at the back of the entry foryer, and the smaller one is located down a small corridor to the left of the main lift.

The main lift services all floors, G-6, while the smaller lift services G-5. Please take care using the lift doors and note that when moving furniture or building materials that the lift must be lined, and the padding is located on the table inside the door from the foyer to the garage.

Rubbish Removal
Bins including those for mixed trash, paper and cardboard, and containers, are located in the garage area.

Parking
Parking bays are for use only by their owners, owners tennants, or by other formal arrangement. Trades may use the small space near the garage door (to the foyer), only if convenient. Other residents should contact the council for residents parking permits. In the case of being unable to park, the Kings Cross parking station is a better option than risking a parking ticket.
